Once you complete the information in the initial contact form you will receive an email informing you that your client portal account has been created (be sure to check your spam folder).
For your convenience, intake forms are located in your client portal account and can be accessed by clicking the 'Forms' button in the upper left corner of your portal account. Please note that forms are best completed on a computer or tablet.

Our clinicians have extensive experience in assisting clients with improving mental and emotional well-being. During your initial sessions, we will be able to discuss the issues you are wanting to work on and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that will help you see improvement.
We offer counseling services for individuals, couples, and families.
Sessions are available in person and online.
